The life of a hay fever sufferer is never easy. From drippy eyes to itchy throats we get a tough old time of it, especially during the Summer months when it seems like we are pretty much allergic to life.

1. The itchiness

When you’ve got hay fever, itching your eyes is a full-time task. Even when you are not scratching you’re thinking about it. You know you shouldn’t, but they are just so damn ITCHY!

It never stops. Seriously! Even when you think you’re being discreet about it, you’re really not.

4. The struggle to see is very real

On days when the pollen count is particularly high, your eyes often swell up so much that you struggle to see, which is always fab!
