You don't have to be a whiz in the kitchen to whip up tasty and healthy meals that the whole family will enjoy! We've paired up with our friends at Weight Watchers to bring you some great recipes over the coming weeks. This week, try your hand at a delicious sausage and egg muffin.

Ingredients:
8 Low fat sausages
Calorie controlled cooking spray
4 eggs
2 white muffins
8 tsp tomato ketchup
chopped fresh parsley, to serve
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill. Split the sausages and slip the skins off the sausages. Shape the sausagemeat into 4 patties.
- Mist a sheet of foil with cooking spray and place the patties on top. Grill the patties, turning once, for 10 mins or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, crack each egg into a ramekin and then slide from the ramekin into a pan filled with just simmering water. Poach for 6 minutes or until just set.
- Halve the muffins and toast for 2 mins. Top each muffin half with 2 tsp ketchup, a sausage patty and a poached egg. Garnish with parsley and serve between 4 plates.
