A mum from the UK has shared a harrowing image of her young daughter in a coma after taking ecstasy.

Kerry Robinson’s 16-year-old daughter Leah was placed in an induced coma after taking drugs at a house party on the 26th of December.

Kerry shared a photo of her daughter on Facebook in an attempt to warn other young people about taking drugs.

”This is what ecstasy does when you take them, my baby girl please be okay,” She said.

”Please don’t take them” She added along with the heartbreaking image.

Messages of support came pouring in for Leah and her family with friends and strangers all wishing her a speedy recovery.

Kerry has also been praised for raising awareness.

In another post, she stated that she shared the photo ”so no other kids would think twice about taking these tablets again.”

“I blame myself all the time, but kids will be kids and try stupid stuff.” She added.

Later than day, Kerry shared a second photo of her daughter to show that she had woken up.

”She going to be ok, I’ve seen her and she’s talking. Thanks everyone for sending messages, I hope no other kids have any more of the tablets that are going around” She said.
