We may think men are more likely to suffer from heart attacks but we shouldn't stop that from educating ourselves when it comes to heart health.
Ignoring the signs and symptoms is something we must avoid in a bid to improve women's heart health knowledge.
But what symptoms should we look out for?
According to the HSE, the main symptoms to beware of include discomfort in your chest that comes on suddenly and doesn't go away.
The pain men and women experience during a heart attack differs.
