Okay... we know the big question, is this magical stuff in Ireland? We can confirm that Dublin-based company Arctic Stone serves the rolled ice cream. According to Spotted by locals the owner, Caolan Cullen, discovered the trend while travelling through South East Asia, and he was so inspired he brought it back to Ireland.
