Pickle ice cream is now apparently a thing and people appear to be loving it

We're not too sure about this.

When it comes to ice cream, there's a few flavours that have become the standard. Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and usually some kind of caramely concoction will land on the menu. We never, ever thought we'd hear of pickle flavour ice cream, though. One restaurant has been winning rave reviews on social media for their newest flavour of soft serve ice cream. https://www.instagram.com/p/BiNoWTrhe-8/?taken-at=229903824229501 The creative cooling treat  is available at the Lucky Pickle Dumpling Co in New York City, at just $5 (€4). Based off photos being shared on social media, the ice cream comes in a pal-green colour - and a very generous serving size.
