What goes on?
Basically, you'll be served fiver delicious Indian delicacies with five different wines.
Aromatic whites will be served with spicy food, rosé with sweeter flavours, full-bodied reds with low tannins and juicy red to be paired with mild to medium spice.
Emmm... GORGE.
The brilliantly knowledgeable Claire O'Boyle - artisan wine specialist, Le Caveau - will discuss each wine and how it pairs brilliantly with the fresh Indian food.
