We're all about carbohydrates in Her towers. The problem is, when we're trying to be good sometimes it's hard to get full without eating a TON of carbs. According to Livestrong as a naturally low-fat carbohydrate, rice noodles can provide a filling base for a meal without the worry of lots of fat, great news right? Unfortunately, it's the stuff you put with the noodles that usually drives up the fat content, so watch how you pull everything together; soups or steamed with fresh veggies to reduce the amount of added fat required. Okay, enough noodle chatter out of me, where can we get these delightful HEALTHY noodles? Saba has 2 locations in Dublin on Baggot Street and Clarendon Street, their menu is CHOCK full of rice noodles and they do take away! (starts dialling). If you're planning on attempting them yourself you can get a pretty good deal on rice noodles from Tesco, they'll set you back €1.99. Holland and Barrett also stock fine rice noodles for €2.39. Happy noodling.
