"At Featherblade we know too much about beef. We have tested and tasted every cut imaginable and that puts us in a pretty good position to know what makes a great burger. This Friday we are introducing our new lunch special; The Smokey. Not your typical burger, The Smokey is made using beechwood smoked brisket, aged striploin, chuck and suet to produce something we think is pretty special. As with all our beef, we use 100% organic grass fed animals. We top 'The Smokey' with caramelised onions, a dollop of house bearnaise and sandwich it in a beautifully soft brioche bap."They added:
