Gemma explained: "Say no to soaps When it comes to cleansing eczema-prone skin, gentle is the name of the game. Avoid soaps or heavily fragranced products as these can irritate the skin."
Gemma said the best thing you can do is to use soap-free products on your skin.
One affordable must-have is the Atoderm Shower Gel (200ml) €11, specially formulated for sensitive skin and suitable for the body, face, and hands.
For enhanced hydration, look to Atoderm Shower Oil (200ml) €13, designed to soothe irritation and leave skin feeling satin-soft and comfortable.
It will help calm everyday eczema symptoms while your skin is left feeling hydrated and comfortable.
