Our friends at Aldi promise the lowest prices for grocery shoppers across the country. Sometimes, though, words are not enough, and you have to put that promise to the test!

That’s why Aldi introduced the Swap and Save challenge, where a selection of shoppers from across the country were asked to shop for four weeks at their regular supermarket, then for four weeks at Aldi. The shoppers were then asked to share their results.
