The aptly named HYDE Gin is beautifully hand-crafted, distilled in copper pot stills using eight iconic botanicals, plus it's made with juniper berries, hawthorn berries, elderberries, rosehip berries, grapefruit peel, lemon zest, grains of paradise and angelica root. The delectable new gin comes after great thought and countless hours, working with the Connacht Whiskey Company distillery which is located along the breath-taking Atlantic Coast of Ireland. Together, the teams brought about the perfect mix of botanicals and flavours using a pot distilling method rather than a traditional basket infusion, achieving a smooth yet full-flavoured limited-edition Irish gin.
