Get Back In The Saddle! Win A Chance To Be a Spokestar with An Post Cycle Series

If you're looking for a new challenge this summer, then why not check out An Post Cycle Series? The Series encourages communities around the country to get on their bikes, with over 56,500 people have taken part to date. With routes catering for everyone from the serious amateur to the enthusiastic beginner, the Series is a great way for family, friends and work colleagues to spend a day of fun together while the serious rider can follow a more challenging route. In addition to entrants, An Post is also looking for five Spokestars to lead out the bunch and inspire others to become Series Cyclists by using social media to tell their story. The successful Spokestars will win a professional training camp with coaching and personalised training plan, pro-cyclist online support, €200 One4all gift card towards their kit and a Spokestars jersey, in addition to free entry and an overnight stay at the cycling event and a meet-up with an event ambassador such as Paul Galvin, Bressie, PJ Gallagher, Marian Heffernan, Matt Cooper and Sean Kelly. Family routes will be approximately 10kms while short, medium and long distance routes will be approximately 60kms, 100kms and 160kms. An Post Cycle Series will feature one event around the country each month between May and September, visiting Sligo on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 May, Clare on Saturday 21 June, Meath on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 July, Waterford on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 August and Cork on Saturday 13 September.
