Yes, you heard us right.

Some mortgage advice for Valentine’s Day. Not very romantic, you say? We disagree. What could be more romantic than starting your home-buying journey together?

EBS thinks that’s a pretty sweet way to spend the Valentine’s week, which is why they’ve set up a romantic movie night on February 11. They’ll be screening one of our favourite rom-coms of all time: Crazy, Stupid, Love, with its fantastic leading cast of Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone, Steve Carell, and Julianne Moore. I mean, could you get better leads?

The movie will be preceded by some nibbles and drinks (crucial) as well as those all-important chats with the EBS Mortgage Masters. Ask them your questions, express your worries, seek their advice – now is your chance to learn all the nitty-gritty details about buying your first house.

This event will be held at the beautiful Valentines-themed Thomas Prior Hall in Ballsbridge at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, 11 February. The venue is steeped in history, dating from the 1880s and now boasts a contemporary bar area, built-in lighting systems, a superb sound system and a stunning and unique mantle hearth that you’ll find yourself gawking at.

At the stunning venue, you can expect:

  • A free drinks reception with delicious food being served at 6:30 pm
  • A special screening of Crazy, Stupid, Love, starting at 7:15 pm
  • One-on-one chats with EBS Mortgage Masters
  • Expert advice on buying a new home
  • A goody bag filled with oodles of treats to enjoy during the movie

It sounds like a pretty fab night out to us. If you agree and would like to attend, just fill out the form below for the opportunity to get yourself some free tickets.
