The little girl has attracted the attention of the world after 300 volunteers came together to record a version of the Elton John classic Tiny Dancer. The buzz attracted a response from the man himself who tweeted his millions of followers asking them to support the worthy cause.

According to The Irish Independent, Lily’s mum Judith Sibley said: “The extra tumours were a shock but the doctors are happy with the operation. The cancer is still active; we had hoped the chemo would have killed it off but we still have more chemo and radiotherapy.”
