Major Irish star confirmed to appear on Great Celebrity Bake Off

What a line-up!

The celebrity charity edition of The Great British Bake Off in aid of Stand Up for Cancer will return to Channel 4 this spring, with a star-studded line-up and a new judge.

Alongside Derry Girls star Tiernan, the celebs facing the baking challenges this year are:

• Amelia Dimoldenberg (Chicken Shop Date creator and host)
• Chris and Rosie Ramsey (podcasters and broadcasters)
• Ellie Goldstein (model, actor, author and changemaker)
• Gbemisola Ikumelo (actress, writer and director)
• Gloria Hunniford (TV presenter and broadcaster)
• Jamali Maddix (comedian and writer)
• Jim Howick (actor and writer)
• Kate Garraway (TV presenter and broadcaster)
• Maxine Peake (actress and writer)
• Meera Syal (actress and writer)
• Phil Wang (actor and comedian)
• Roman Kemp (broadcaster)
• Sarah Beeny (broadcaster, author, businesswoman and podcaster)
• Scarlette and Stuart Douglas (sibling TV presenters and property experts)
• Self Esteem AKA Rebecca Lucy Taylor (singer, songwriter and actress)
• Sophie Willan (writer and comedian)

Former co-owner and managing director of Leiths School of Food & Wine, Caroline Waldegrave will also be joining the show as a judge, alongside Paul Hollywood.

Also returning for the celebrity episodes are Bake Off hosts Alison Hammond and Noel Fielding.
