Daniel is later asked to come see the baby privately, leading to fears that there is something wrong with his newborn son.
He is also sent into further panic when Sinead passes out soon after giving birth.
This comes after Sinead decided to undergo a form of mild cancer treatment in a bid to save her baby.
The Weatherfielder was warned that the cancer would continue to spread if she did not start chemotherapy right away, but she decided against it until a friend of hers passed away for avoiding the same kind of treatment.
