Marina And The Diamonds Posts Anger Over Dublin Gig Restrictions

If you’ve booked tickets to head along to Marina and the Diamonds this December, it might be worth looking at the ticket restrictions placed on the gig. In news that has angered Marina Diamandis herself, The Academy gig has been restricted to over 18s only, leaving music fans disappointed. Posting an update to her Twitter account, the 29-year old wrote:

It's making me so sad that my Irish gigs are 18+. I'm gonna try do something about it, my loves. It has absolutely infuriated me.

The news has come as a second Dublin date was announced earlier today. The singer released her latest album FROOT earlier this year and following "phenomenal demand" from fans in response to her upcoming show at The Academy on Wednesday December 2nd, the Dublin venue are to host a second date on Thursday December 3rd.
