A rebellious student from the city finds it hard to adjust when he moves to a quiet, religious town. Drama with Kevin Bacon.

The chef makes a range of treats including cardamom and ginger upside-down cake as well as pistachio and saffron kulfi.

The Apprentice – BBC One (9.00pm)
In tonight’s show, the entrepreneurs have to create online video channels. While one goes for cookery demonstrations, the other opts for health and fitness.
