From the people who brought you Orange is the New Black and House of Cards comes Marco Polo.
Netflix’ highly anticipated series premieres on Friday December 12th and as the countdown commences we’ve got the very first look at a world “replete with greed, betrayal, sexual intrigue and rivalry”.
Newcomer Lorenzo Richelmy takes the title role of the famed explorer, portraying his adventures in Kublai Khan’s court in 13th century China.
The sweeping drama will launch with ten episodes, shot in Italy, Kazakhstan and Malaysia.
