It has been one of the most eagerly anticipated casting decisions in recent memory, and now millions of 50 Shades of Grey fans finally have their Christian Grey.
British actor Charlie Humman will play the lead in the movie adaptation of E L James’ bestselling book, according to an announcement just now by the author herself.
Thirty-three year old Humman has played roles in Queer as Folk, Undeclared, Sons of Anarchy and earlier this year he starred in Pacific Rim.
Charlie’s name was one of many attached to the part in recent weeks as speculation reached fever point. He will now bring the character to life opposite Dakota Johnson, who has signed on to play Anastasia Steele.
