Netflix has finally given fans a glimpse at season three of Bridgerton
Netflix has finally released a teaser clip of the upcoming season of ‘Bridgerton’ and fans are freaking out about it.
The third season of the Netflix series has been seriously delayed due to the actor’s and writer’s strikes but fans don’t have long to wait.
The third installment of the period-drama will see Irish actress, Nicola Coughlan, take the leap as Penelope Featherington.
Penelope and Colin’s love story will be the centre of season three. We cannot wait to see the Irish actress in a lead role after winning us over in ‘Derry Girls’ and ‘Barbie’.
One actress won’t be returning for the third season, much to fans’ disappointment.
Daphne Bridgerton won’t be part of the show’s third season, actress Phoebe Dynevor has confirmed.
Speaking at the Sundance Film Festival, the actress told Screen Rant that she has stepped away from the project.
“In season three, I’m just excited to watch as a viewer,” she said.
However, the actress hasn’t completely shut down plans to return at some stage in the future.
She told the publication that she’d love to reprise her role as Daphne “potentially in the future”.
The third season of Bridgerton will be released in two parts. The first part will land on the streaming service on May 16th.
Netflix will then release the second part on June 13th.
We’re counting down the months already.
