Baking, Brockovich & Ben: The Best Of Tonight’s TV

From baking off in style to a fantastic performance by Julia Roberts, tonight's TV is pretty good. The Great British Bake Off  - BBC One (8pm) Episode 3 of the popular baking show returns tonight and this time, the 10 remaining contestants will be baking bread to earn their spot in the competition for another week. The Design Doctors – RTÉ One (8.30pm) Denise O’Connor and Catherine Crowe help a family to inject life back into their home in Co. Wicklow. The Town  – RTÉ One (9.35pm) Ben Affleck stars and directs in this drama which sees a bank manager taken hostage by a thief. Action-packed viewing. Erin Brockovich – 3e (10pm) Julia Roberts stars in the fact-based drama that sees a single mother plead her way into a routine admin job at a law firm where she soon stumbles across a major case. Love/Hate – RTÉ One (11.50pm) The reruns of the popular crime drama continue this time with episode four as Nidge is looking ahead to the next job while Siobhan finds herself in more drama.
