Anyone But You may return for a sequel

The acting duo gave the genre a well-needed boost in the witty and swoon-worthy film, but is a sequel in the works?

Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell are reportedly eager to work together again after the huge success of their rom-com.

Both actors have expressed their interest in working together in the future.

It looks like they may become our generation's version of Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks.

Sydney Sweeney told People:

"We’re dreaming up a bunch of different idea," she teased.

"We haven’t really solidified what we want to do yet. But we’re just dreaming up a bunch of different things and seeing what clicks best," the Euphoria star added.

Glen Powell echoed her sentiments and said they're keeping an eye out for their next project.

He told Variety: "When you find somebody that you really jive with, Sydney is so easy to work with and so fun. We’re definitely trying to find the next thing.

He pleaded, "Please send us all the scripts you got. You know we’re here for it. It’s been really wonderful to read a lot."

We cannot wait to see the pair return to the big screen.
