Last night, the stars of the small screen headed out to the Hackney Empire Theatre in London for this year’s British Soap Awards.
But who won what?
Coronation Street had a great night with David Neilson (Roy Cropper) taking home both Best Actor and Best Dramatic Performance. His co-star and former onscreen wife Julie Hesmondhalgh (Hayley Cropper) also won Best Actress.

The Hayley cancer storyline claimed Best Storyline while her death won Best Episode. Together David and Julie were also named Best On-Screen Partnership.
Other Corrie winners included Simon Gregson (Steve McDonald) for Best Comedy Performance, Michelle Keegan (Tina McIntyre) who claimed Sexiest Female and Helen Worth for the Outstanding Achievement Award.
Danny Mac, better known as Dodger in Hollyoaks, was named Sexiest Male.
Hollyoaks was the other big winner on the night having been named Best British Soap. It also took home Sexiest Male thanks to Danny Mac (Dodger Savage), Best Villian which went to Anna Passey (Sienna Blake) and Best Young Performance for Ellis Hollins (Tom Cunningham).
Spectacular Scene of the Year was given to Emmerdale for The Woolpack flood and siege while EastEnders’ Maddy Hill was awarded Best Newcomer. Carolyn Weinstein also got the Outstanding Achievement Award (Off Screen).
