Former EastEnders star Kierston Wareing has taken up a role with popular show Hollyoaks it has been confirmed this week.
She formerly starred in EastEnders.
Kierston, who played the role of Kirsty on EastEnders, will be hitting our screens in early September in the form of new character Ashley Davidson.
The actress revealed that her character is a “control freak”.
It sounds like there’s drama ahead in Hollyoaks!
“I don’t believe she has a nice bone in her body, but I’m enjoying every minute of playing her.”
Ashley will be a drug dealer who will take on Trevor Royle in dramatic new scenes.
