People has reported that he was in possession of stolen property and stole from the elderly.
Before Bryan was cast as Jamie Garrison on the hit show, he worked as a home health caretaker.
The publication obtained the prosecutor’s statement, saying “he stole jewelry, a Social Security card, medication, a laptop, and other valuables from the homes of his former elderly clients.”
The actor was arrested at his home in California on December 29. He was released on bail and has a court date for January 16.
Netflix has confirmed Bryan “is no longer working on the show.”
