X-Factor hopeful Paul Akister may go down as one of the most seductive auditions in Webley Arena this year, after his version of Marvin Gaye had both Cheryl and Mel B performing an intimate dance around Simon Cowell.
Akister, who made it through to judges houses with Louis Walsh last year, was sent home by the veteran judge for a lack of confidence.
Taking to the stage in this year’s competition, Paul pulled off an impressive performance of Marvin Gaye’s classic “Let’s Get It On”.
After the amazing vocals, Simon said to Paul:
“I think we both had a great time during that song actually”.
The 25-year old, who has made it through to the next stage of judges’ houses, is hopeful to land a place at this year’s live shows.
