Vogue Williams threw out wedding dress in a ‘moment of rage’ after Brian McFadden split

Vogue Williams was married to Brian McFadden for five years

The podcast host was married to the Irish singer for five years, but they ended things in 2017.

Speaking about their relationship, Vogue admitted she threw her wedding dress out in a moment of rage.

An excerpt from her memoir reads:

"I actually feel so angry with myself when I think of that wedding dress. It was beyond beautiful, and I gave it away in a moment of rage."

Vogue explained that she viewed the dress as a "bad omen" following their break-up.

"I viewed it as a bad omen after everything that had happened.

"To be honest, it was either that or the Christmas tree - I didn't have room to store both."

She added: "It was glorious, like a stunning giant ice cream, and I have yet to see a wedding dress nicer than it. Sometimes I daydream about where it went and who wore it."

Vogue has been honest about the breakdown of her first marriage, with the presenter discussing their divorce on the Never Live It Down podcast.

“I got married and divorced really young, and I found that painfully embarrassing because it was just like such an epic failure, and it was so public,” she said.

The mum-of-three added: “I thought, ‘Oh god, this is painfully embarrassing’ – and now I look back, and I’m like, do you know what, no it’s not!"

Vogue has been married to former reality star Spencer Matthews since 2018.

Vogue and Spencer have three children together: sons Theo and Otto and daughter Gigi.
