Freddie Starr told Susanna Reid to leave his home after she asked if his actions “could have been misinterpreted” during a recent television interview.
The Good Morning Britain presenter was speaking to the entertainer, following his release from bail last week, when things took a turn for the worse.
Starr, who was told he would not be prosecuted over allegations of sexual offences after being held for 18 months, replied: “Are you being serious? Well I want to end this interview now… leave my house”.

He later returned to finish the interview with the support of his wife Sophie. The 71-year-old explained: “It’s hard to have an interview like this with it being so raw, I was only released three days ago. I’m just catching up on my sleep”.
During the interview, Starr admitted that he had lost faith in the justice system and contemplated suicide. He also said that he doesn’t think the names of the accused should be released until they are charged.
