According to reports, the heiress is dating Joe Fournier, the ex-boyfriend of Chloe Sims from The Only Way Is Essex.
The pair are said to be keeping it “casual” but have been spotted out and about together in Cannes.
Joe has described Paris as a ‘close’ friend’ and gifted her with a watch earlier this week and though Paris has denied there’s anything going on between them, sources have stated that they are getting very close.
