“So Proud” – David Beckham Shares Snap of Himself and the Queen

David Beckham was clearly brimming with pride at the Queen’s Young Leaders reception at Buckingham Palace on Monday night. The former footballer (who looked dapper as always) shared a snap of himself alongside the Queen on his Instagram account. The caption read: “WOW my nan and grandad would have been so proud of this picture… Beautiful evening a Buckingham Palace [sic]”. David Beckham alongside the Queen (image: Instagram). The programme recognises and celebrates the contribution of young people across the Commonwealth. Over the weekend, David was also chuffed about his Father’s Day present (a bracelet reading “Daddy”). Beside a picture of the piece of jewellery, the father-of-four wrote: “‘Lead with Love’” the perfect Father’s Day gift”. He received this on Father's Day (image: Instagram).
