Sinead O’Connor has become a grandmother for the first time. The Irish singer’s son Jake his partner Lia welcomed a baby boy on Friday morning. Sinead posted about the news on Facebook, calling herself an “Abuelita” (which means “little grandmother” in Spanish). Sinead O'Connor became a grandmother this week. On Thursday, ahead of the birth, she wrote: “OMG! Am literally hours away from the greatest dream of my life coming true! #‎Granny! “This for Lia and Jake and their little angel... I love you, little rocker. This is to welcome you in and thank you for choosing us.”
