Sarah Michelle Gellar Marks Buffy Anniversary with Throwback Snaps

Believe it or not, and get ready to feel old, it has been 12 years since the final episode of Buffy The Vampire Slayer aired. To mark the occasion, the show’s leading lady Sarah Michelle Gellar posted a picture collage on her Instagram account. She captioned it: “12 years ago, I said goodbye to a friend. It was an incredible journey that, I am so incredibly proud of. Thank you all for joining me, and continuing to tell her story #BuffyTheVampireSlayer #BTVS”. Sarah Michelle Gellar shared this Buffy collage on Wednesday. Earlier in the week, she shared a photograph of her and former co-star David Boreanaz, who played Angel in the hit show. Alongside it she wrote: “Happy birthday to this guy. #MyAngel #DavidBoreanaz You must be an actual #vampire as you don’t age (or at least like fine wine, you get better)”.
