The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Edinburgh during the summer, but often keep their relationship out of the spotlight.
Their appearance at last night's awards comes after they married at the Edinburgh Central Registrar’s Office at the City Chambers.
The Irish actress married the Slow Horses actor in August with just a handful of their friends joining them for the celebration.
They wanted a low-key celebration with only their closest loved ones attending the celebration.
The Independent reported:
"Only a handful of the couple’s closest friends were present – and all the guests were sworn to secrecy.”
The newlyweds looked as happy as ever as they walked the red carpet at the Emmys in the Peacock Theater, L.A.
This was the couple's first appearance since their private wedding in August.

The Brooklyn star wore a chic navy two-piece for the prestigious event while Lowden opted for a classic navy tuxedo.
Lowden was nominated for the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series award for his role in Slow Horses.
The Brooklyn actress has been dating Jack Lowden since they worked together on Mary Queen of Scots in 2018.
They sparked engagement rumours last summer when Lowden posted a photo of the Little Women star’s hand with a diamond ring on it.
