Queer Eye just won’t be the same without him!

A member of Queer Eye’s Fab Five has announced he’s leaving the series.

Bobby Berk has confirmed he’s leaving the show after the eighth season and we’re a little bit devastated.

The interior designer announced the news on Instagram last night, much to the disappointment of the show’s fans.

Bobby is the man behind the show’s incredible home makeovers, which are definitely the best part, and it will feel so wrong without him.

Bobby issued a heartwarming statement last night to share his news.

He explained that the last six years on the show have been a surreal experience, but it’s time to say goodbye.

“You have tuned in and been dedicated fans and together we were able to share the healing powers of design. I learned from you all about kindness, love, and acceptance and that has changed my life for the better.”

Bobby said he will be forever grateful to the Queer Eye community for accepting him and embracing who he is.

“It’s with a heavy heart that I announce that season 8 will be my final season on Queer Eye.

“It’s not been an easy decision to be at peace with, but a necessary one. Although my journey with Queer Eye is over, my journey with you is not. You will be seeing more of me very soon,” Bobby said.

He also took time to praise the show’s ‘heroes’ for letting him be part of their lives.

Bobby said he will never forget about his time on the show, but leaving is a “necessary decision”.

He stressed that he will always be part of the ‘Fab 5’ by adding #foreverthefab5 to his post.

“I love you all so so much and I’ll meet you all in Nola for one final season,” Bobby added.
