This is why Priyanka Chopra didn’t visit Meghan Markle while in the UK

She's setting the record straight.

Earlier this week speculation grew that Priyanka Chopra was in the UK alongside her husband, Nick Jonas, to meet Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's baby Archie for the first time. Priyanka posted an image of Brittish butter with the caption "guess where I am?" to her story leading many to believe she was visiting Meghan. However, Priyanka has now set the record straight revealing that she wasn't visiting the duchess on this trip to the UK because she had to work. The actress also denied buying baby Archie any gifts and said she doesn't know who these "sources" are but they have the wrong facts.

Given the speculated "beef" between the two longtime friends, fans were happy when they thought the pair were finally meeting again. Although Priyanka called the feud rumours "untrue" it is believed that she was very hurt when the royal couldn't attend her wedding and then, in turn, didn't attend Meghan's US baby shower leading to more ice between the pair.
