Ms. Rachel shared the emotional news in a new song

 Rachel Anne Accurso penned a new song which is dedicated to her rainbow baby.

The 41-year-old said her six-year-old son Thomas will always be her rainbow baby, even though he's grown up now.

Alongside a video of her moving rainbow baby song, she wrote: "Every prayer we said for you. Rainbow baby dream come true.

"My rainbow baby is not a baby anymore but he'll always be my rainbow baby. So much love to anyone who understands.

She added: "I'm sorry for your loss if you understand this song. Love you."

Ms. Rachel welcomed her first son Thomas in 2018. She shares him with her husband, Aron Accurso.

Her followers praised her for being so open about the heartbreaking loss.

One wrote: "I was just telling my daughter she is my dream come true. She hugged me and said I was hers."

"I just had my 2nd miscarriage. Sending positivity and strength your way. It's so difficult. Thank you for sharing," one added.

"Holding your rainbow baby in my heart today, right alongside mine," said another.

Another mum shared her heartbreaking experience in the comments.

"My daughter is a rainbow baby. 7 miscarriages and 19 years of gruelling unsuccessfully IVF. We finally got our rainbow," she wrote.
