Man arrested after crashing into Taylor Swift’s apartment building and trying to get inside

A man in New York City has been arrested after he drunkenly crashed his car into Taylor Swift's apartment building and tried to gain access to the building, according to police. 31 year old Morgan Mank from Virginia was arrested on Thursday morning when he was seen driving in the wrong direction on Franklin Street in the Tribeca neighbourhood where Taylor owns a townhouse and multiple apartments in the building opposite, a police spokesperson said. Police noted that he then crashed into one of the buildings and unsuccessfully tried to enter it. Reports said that Mank then told officers that he wouldn't leave until he had met Taylor but the spokesperson could not confirm this. He was then taken to hospital for an evaluation and was later arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired. This is not the first time Taylor has had incidents like this as her Tribeca home has been plagued with stalkers as well as her homes in California and Rhode Island over the years.
