Louise Redknapp goes Instagram official with her new boyfriend Drew Michael

Louise Redknapp has just reached a major relationship milestone!

Louise was marking Drew's 40th birthday with sweet snaps of a lavish dinner they enjoyed for the occasion.

The new couple looked very happy together, cosied up as they both smiled for the camera and it seemed that the 49-year-old's family had welcomed Michael in too.

In another picture, her eldest son Charley, 19, whose dad is Louise's ex-husband Jamie Redknapp, could be seen leaning in for the snap with his mother and her other half.

The former Eternal member captioned the sweet post, "Have a great day @thedrew.michael Happy Birthday x."

This is Louise's first public relationship since her 2017 divorce from former footballer Jamie, who is now married to model Frida Andersson.

Her new man is a former military officer who now works in the aerospace and defence industry, where he supplies strategic war equipment to the Royal Marines and the British Army.

Though this is the first time Louise has posted any pictures with Drew to social media, the couple have been seen out together back in September.

The two were spotted attending comedian Jimmy Carr's 51st birthday party at The Groucho Club, leaving hand in hand.

Previously, the singer had said she was "open" to dating but meeting someone wasn't her priority in life.

Speaking to The Sun, she said, "I'm just open to what may happen, I'm not actively out there looking, it's not my number-one goal in life.

"But, if it goes that way and I met somebody who swept me off my feet and was amazing and kind and great, then I'd be so open to exploring that, but no, I'm not downloading apps, well, not at the minute."

Well, it seems that Louise's not stress approach to dating worked like a charm!
