“We made it through the rain”
Lana Del Ray was one of the most highly anticipated acts of the Electric Picnic weekend.
She took to the stage on Sunday night at about 10.45 and wowed the crowd. Despite the torrential rain, spirits were high and fans were raring to go when she came on stage.
She twerked to Lolita and belted out hits like Born to Die and High By The Beach.
She took to Instagram on Sunday night after the performance to thank her Irish fans.
Lana didn’t caption the post, but left a sweet message for festival goers:
“Hi guys, I had the most amazing show in Ireland and I hope that you enjoyed it.
I just loved the crowd and we made it through the rain
Just wanted to say thank you and hopefully see you soon.”
The beautiful songstress seems pretty sound all round and even chatted and took pictures with some of her Irish fans at Electric Picnic.

She seemed to enjoy herself so much while in Ireland so we’re betting she’ll be back soon.
