Sex And The City was an iconic show that still has millions of fans worldwide, and all the stars seem to be happy to be associated with the programme. However, there’s a time and a place for talking about the show as Kristen Davis learned.
She appeared on the Australian breakfast show Sunrise to discuss her work with the United Nations around asylum seekers which she has been doing on the quiet for over a decade.
Unfortunately, it seemed that the show’s hosts were more interested in performing an incredibly awkward Sex and The City sketch, complete with wigs.
She did not seem to be enjoying herself, and we can’t blame the woman.
You can see even from the beginning of the sketch that she was uncomfortable saying: “I don’t know that this is a great idea, frankly.”
She then took to Twitter to retweet fans voicing their disappointment at the hosts behaviour.
@KristinDavis just wow. That was the worst piece of TV I’ve ever seen. Kristin, you and your charity work is great. ❤️ Shame @sunriseon7 ?
