Kim Kardashian under fire for promoting appetite suppressant lollipops

Kim Kardashian has 111 million followers on Instagram - and she's come in for criticism for the latest product she's promoting to them.

The reality star shared an image of herself with an appetite suppressant to her account last night. "You guys… @flattummyco just dropped a new product," she wrote. "They’re Appetite Suppressant Lollipops and they’re literally unreal. "They’re giving the first 500 people on their website 15% OFF so if you want to get your hands on some… you need to do it quick! #suckit" The post generated some negative feedback from commenters, one of whom accused her of promoting eating disorders.

Kim has yet to respond to the furore. She and other family members have a long association with Flat Tummy Co, the brand behind the appetite suppressant lollipops.
