Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx FINALLY confirm they’re a couple

Finally, it's official - Katie and Jamie are a couple.

Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have reportedly been dating since 2013. After Katie divorced from Tom Cruise in 2012, he reportedly put a clause in her contract which stated the actress couldn't publically date for five years. But now, it seems like that clause has run it's course as Katie and Jamie made their relationship public this week.

Walking hand in hand on a beach in Malibu, the Mail Online captured photos of the pair looking totally loved up together. Throughout the years they have been spotted plenty of times, but nothing has been as concrete as this. Wearing matching fedora hats, the couple spent their Labour Day splashing around in the water, and generally looked delighted to be with each other.

They were further pictured cuddling up on a balcony together as they looked out onto the sea. Katie and Jamie have both dodged questions about their love lives over the years, dismissing their relationship as "fake news" and saying they were "just friends." Of course, fans of the couple were only delighted to finally see them together:
