Danny O’Donoghue married his long-term partner on Thursday.
The Script frontman Danny O’Donoghue has tied the knot with long-term girlfriend Anais Naing.
The 44-year-old married his long-term partner on Thursday, May 8th.
The pair started dating five years ago, going public a year later when they attended the Pride of Britain awards.
Danny O’Donoghue swapped his signature black t-shirt look for a tuxedo, with his 31-year-old wife looking stunning in a satin gown.
The couple told MailOnline that they were ‘over the moon’ to become husband and wife.
The Irish singer previously gushed over his French wife, revealing how he knew she was ‘the one’.
“When you know, you know… I knew when it wasn’t right, but now I know whatever that is, that it’s 100 per cent right.
“She’s great. I met her during Covid and if you’ve been with anybody through Covid it’s like you compress ten years into those years.
“You learn everything, all the good bits, mostly the bad bits, and if you get through those moments… I don’t know if it’s a rite of passage, if you’ve made it through those few years then you know,” he admitted.
The couple met in London by randomly bumping into one another in the neighbourhood where they lived.
The songwriter has, of course, written about his love for his wife, having previously said her favourite tracks are One Thing I Got Right and At Your Feet because they are ‘directly about her’.
