Jon Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt have denied reports claiming that they went their separate ways. In Touch magazine reported that the couple, who have been together for 16 years, split before the actor entered a rehabilitation facility at the beginning of this year. Jon and Jennifer have been together for 16 years. A spokesperson has since shot down the claims, telling E!
