Ireland AM’s New Reporter Is Unveiled As Anna Daly Departs For Weekend Slot

Ciara Doherty was welcomed onto the Ireland AM couch this morning as Anna Daly makes the move to Weekend AM.  The Barrister of Law joins Sinead Desmond, Alan Hughes and Aidan Cooney on Ireland's number one breakfast show.

Ciara has worked in TV and Radio for over a decade, starting as a researcher in TV3's Factual Entertainment Department. She then took on the role of news and current affairs producer on Newstalk's Breakfast show, before joining TV3's Midweek in 2010. Ireland AM is currently Ireland's number one breakfast show.  The Donegal native got the ball rolling with a pretty wild initiation - trying out the extreme sport Zorbing alongside Alan Hughes.
