Former soap star Claire Sweeney has revealed that she is expecting a baby boy and already has a name picked out for him!
The actress, who split from fiancé Daniel Riley just before finding out she was pregnant, told OK! magazine: “I love being pregnant – it just feels exactly the right time in my life”.
She added: “I’m having a boy and I’m calling him Gabriel because he’s my little angel sent from heaven… I thought it was a beautiful name but I might see him and decide on something else”.
As for her former flame Dan, with whom she remains close, Claire said: “He was thrilled and said it was the best news he’d had in his life. Everyone looks at me and thinks ‘oh no, they’ve split up, what a nightmare,’ but we’re fine”.
The 43-year-old, who is due to give birth in October, explained: “It was all very amicable, we’re still friends and it’s great that he wants to be involved with the baby… Who knows what the future holds?”
