She makes an excellent point.
Many of us love Holly for her talent as a presenter and her kind nature, but something else we admire is her stunning figure and gorgeous dress sense.
While many people would probably like to look like Holly, she has recently revealed that she is conscious of talking about her diet in public.
”I actually avoid talking about my diet and exercise regime because I have interviewed so many people affected by eating disorders and I know some people in chat rooms can really fixate on other people’s diets,”
”I just can’t contribute to that.” She told Prima.
The popular This Morning host discussed the pressure society puts on women and their bodies. When pressed about her daily eating habits Holly said that she enjoys food and that she doesn’t put too much pressure on herself.
“I love food,” she said. “It’s a celebration, something to be talked over, shopped for, cooked and enjoyed.”
“I love cooking. Nothing fancy – just standard home-made stuff. I make a very good spaghetti.”
”As long as I’m healthy, that’s good enough for me. I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the most important thing.”
