Grey’s Anatomy’s Sara Ramirez got a buzz cut for an important cause

However, the chop was for a very important cause. She documented the nerve-wracking before and after stages of getting a dramatic cut on Instagram, clearing up the reason behind it. Sara is donating her hair to an organisation called Locks of Love. It is charity that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children under age 21 suffering from long-term medical hair loss due to a diagnosis of an illness.
